Cream the butter.2. Add the refined and light brown sugar. Mix.3. Add whole egg and vanilla extract. Mix well blended.4. Sift Swan All Purpose Flour, White Tower Cornstarch, baking soda and iodized salt.5. Combine sifted dry ingredients to the batter.6. Add chocolate chips and cashew nuts once dry ingredients are fully incorporated to the batter.7. Chill the cookie dough for an hour.8. Divide the cookie dough using ice cream scoop.9.
