Feeds Veterinarian
Education & Experience:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a feed mill or feed manufacturing environment
- (required).
Sales & Technical Skills:
- Monitor and assess the quality, safety, and nutritional adequacy of feed ingredients and finished feeds. Support feed formulation reviews for poultry, ruminants, and swine.
- Identify and address nutrition-related animal health issues and advise on corrective actions.
- Oversee feed mill biosecurity and veterinary compliance practices.
- Assist with regulatory documentation, audits, and product claims.
- Coordinate feed sampling, testing, and interpretation of lab results. Provide technical support and training for internal teams and customers.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of multi-species nutrition and feed safety standards (GMP, HACCR, ISO).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Service Technician( Wharf Operations) 3 Mechanical
Education & Experience:
- Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Industrial Technology, Diploma in Electro-mechanical or Mechatronics.
- Preferably with background in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
Sales & Technical Skills:
- Together with the Mechanical Service Engineer, conducts scheduled routine check-up of all operating mechanical machines and equipments, its components, running condition, lubrication and sanitation condition under the preventive maintenance program.
- Performs maintenance and repairs immediately of mechanical problems in all Intake/Silo mechanical systems and facilities encountered during the shift.
- Performs housekeeping duties and servicing to machineries such as conveyors, bucket elevators, gear boxes and etc, as part of the preventive maintenance program.
- Recommends maintenance works (replacement, repair, correction or modification) to Service Engineer or Mechanical Plant Engineer.
- Ensures that the replacement parts, and tools and equipment, to be used before and after the maintenance and/or repair of Intake/Silo machineries, are correct and in good condition.
- Assist in installation and fabrication of mechanical machineries and equipments as required by the immediate superior.
Skills:
- Knowledgeable in machine trouble shooting especially conveyors and bucket elevators.
- Must be computer Literate.
- Must be able to interpret verbal and written communication.
- Can associate well with people within and outside his department.

Service Technician( Wharf Operations) 1 Electrical
Education & Experience:
- Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Industrial Technology, and Diploma in Electro-mechanical or electronics technology.
- Preferably with background in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
Sales & Technical Skills:
- Organizing and conducts routine check-up of all operating electrical machines and its control systems, electrical wirings and other electrical components based on the electrical preventive maintenance program.
- Performs maintenance and repairs of electrical problems in all Intake/Silo electrical systems and facilities encountered during the shift.
- Checking and calibrating (request for calibration to EIG can be done as necessary) of measuring instruments to make sure its accuracy.
- Maintains efficiency and accuracy of all measuring equipment such as multi-tester, temperature scanners, etc., and other electrical tools.
- Serves as a reliever in operating the Neuero Ship Unloaders in cases of absence or rest days of the operator.
Skills:
- Knowledge in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), weighing scales, and machine trouble shooting.
- Must be able to interpret verbal and written communication.
- Can associate well with people within and outside his department.

Education & Experience:
- A registered Electrical Engineer preferably with at least 3 years of related work experience.

Production Foreman (FDM Ops)
Education & Experience:
- Preferably a college graduate with mechanical, electrical background or at least a vocational graduate of the same field.
Sales & Technical Skills:
- Champions and promotes SAFETY FIRST at all times. Follows all safety standard procedures, protocols and SOP’s without exceptions. Calls attention of colleagues of any violation/deviation of safety practices.
- Coordinates closely with the Control Room Operator as to what material and what quantity will be fed and to what specific storage bin.
- Checks materials prior to loading to bag intake system for any issues on granulation, infestation, color, odor, etc. Reports immediately to Operations Supervisor any quality related issues noted prior to feedback.
- Rationalizes sequence of loading of materials at intake (both loading and transfers via fork lift operator) based on batching priorities and need.
Skills:
- Must be computer literate
- Has the ability to organize activities and personnel as per plan
- Good communication and listening skills
- Capability of working for long durations and under pressure situation with willingness to work on rotational shift
- Can make good decisions and provide sound solutions whenever needed
- Leadership skills or experience is a plus factor.

QA Analyst
Education & Experience:
- Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry or Chemical Technology.
- Must be a Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with the quality specifications of the products in the Flourmill Operations.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with laboratory procedures.
- Must have enough knowledge of the Flourmill Operations process flow.
Sales & Technical Skills:
- Analyzes finished product samples from the Flourmill plant, or as assigned for testing.
- Analyzes other samples submitted or obtained for evaluation and/ or research, at QA-Flour Milling or as assigned for testing.
- Communicates immediately to the QA Supervisor/ Shift Millers any test results that show deviations from established specifications, for proper corrective action.
- Records all results of the laboratory tests and analyses to the log sheets or record books provided for.
- Ensures the availability of materials, chemicals, and the functionality of equipment needed for all routine analyses and testing.
- Ensures that all laboratory equipment/ instruments are properly utilized and kept in good working condition.
Skills:
- Must have good analytical ability.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people within and outside of the department.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be honest and hardworking.

Education & Experience:

Sales & Technical Skills:
- Monitors JO received from internal customers, starting from the implementation to completion; thus, ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring the progress of the JOs, coordinating activities to the inhouse contractor, and resolves problem as needed.
- Prepares pending and completed JOs reports by summarizing these in an informative description and actual status of the project.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Skills:
- Know how to prepare cost estimates
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD/ZWCAD software’s
- Can lead, supervise, and communicate properly with 3rd Party Contractors

Service Technician (FDM E&M- Elec)
Education & Experience:
- Preferably an Electrical college graduate or at least a vocational or trade graduate in Industrial Electrician or Electro Mechanic course
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience as Maintenance in an Industrial Manufacturing Plant
Sales & Technical Skills:
- Performs highly skilled maintenance repair, troubleshooting work and installation that involves with the Electrical system of the entire Feed Mill Plant and its auxiliary without compromising safety.
- Performs regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment and machinery, in order to spot potential problems and ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.
- Conducts routine check up on all machineries, facilities, components and parts of the whole plant including the auxiliary lines (millrun packing, ipil-ipil plant) and coordinates with the Supervising Engineer in order to provide effective corrective and preventive action to any issues found.
- Accomplishes the Maintenance Logbook for the maintenance activities done during the shift. This includes the “turn-over” for the next shift.
- Does corrective and preventive maintenance on the Electrical System during preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ensures emergency stop is activated or equipment is de-energized before starting any maintenance work on moving equipment.
- Sees to it that all hot works, elevated works, confined space activities among others are covered with a duly accomplished hazardous work permit.
Skills:
- Have an understanding in electromechanical automation and instrumentation controls
- Knowledgeable in interpreting Electrical Diagram, Engineering drawings and principles
- Has knowledge in PLC and instrumentation
- Knows LV motors connections, instrumentation and controls
- Good practical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literate
- Good communication and listening skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (if required)
