Everyone loves having Buttermilk Waffle for breakfast and snacks especially when there is a bit of butter and syrup on top. Below is a recipe and video tutorial on how to make a perfect Buttermilk Waffle.

INGREDIENTS:
Swan All Purpose Flour 
Refined Sugar 
Bakers Choice Baking Powder 
Iodized Salt 
Buttermilk 
Vegetable Oil
Whole Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
Swan All Purpose Flour                180    grams
Refined Sugar                                  50     grams
Bakers Choice Baking Powder      3         tsp
Iodized Salt                                     1/2       tsp
Buttermilk                                       282    grams
Vegetable Oil                                  113    grams
Whole Eggs                                       2      pieces

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine Swan All Purpose four, refined sugar, Baker’s Choice Baking Powder and Iodized salt.
2. In a separate bowl combine liquid ingredients such as buttermilk and vegetable oil
3. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Add the egg yolk to the buttermilk ang vegetable oil combination and mix well.
4. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients.
5. Whisk the egg whites until soft peak is observed. Fold in the batter.
6. Using a pre-heated waffle maker, add just enough waffle batter. Leave enough space for the waffle expansion as it cooks. Cook for 3 minutes.
7. Enjoy it hot.
