Recipe and Video Tutorial on how to make Chocolate Chip Cookies.

INGREDIENTS:
Unsalted Butter, Softened
Refined Sugar
Light Brown Sugar
Egg (Large)
Vanilla extract
Swan All Purpose Flour
White Tower Cornstarch
Baking Soda
Iodized Salt
Chocolate Chips
Cashew Nuts

INGREDIENTS:
Unsalted Butter, Softened      115      grams
Refined Sugar                           100      grams
Light Brown Sugar                   100      grams
Egg (Large)                                  1        piece
Vanilla extract                             1         tsp
Swan All Purpose Flour          180      grams
White Tower Cornstarch          8         grams
Baking Soda                                2        grams
Iodized Salt                                 2        grams
Chocolate Chips                       240     grams
Cashew Nuts                              80      grams

PROCEDURE:
1. Cream the butter.
2. Add the refined and light brown sugar. Mix.
3. Add whole egg and vanilla extract. Mix well blended.
4. Sift Swan All Purpose Flour, White Tower Cornstarch, baking soda and iodized salt.
5. Combine sifted dry ingredients to the batter.
6. Add chocolate chips and cashew nuts once dry ingredients are fully incorporated to the batter.
7. Chill the cookie dough for an hour.
8. Divide the cookie dough using ice cream scoop.
9. Place in baking tray leaving 2 inch distance between dough.
10. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees F/165 degrees C.
11. Allow the cookies to cool before depanning,
