1.Implementation of GMC Whistleblowing Policy.

2.Establishment of the GMC Ethics Reporting Channels.

3.Organization of GMC Ethics Committee to spearhead our Ethics Program.

GMC Whistleblowing Policy

Our whistle blowing policy defines conditions or concerns which can be reported by any individual who becomes aware of, or suspects any illegal or unethical activities. Under our whistleblowing policy, any individual who reports instances of illegal, unethical activities and alleged reportable conditions (please refer to our whistleblowing policy) will be protected from retaliations regarding the information they share. We provide anonymity and security by proving various channels of communications that people can use to make their reports.

GMC Ethics Committee

The Committee shall ensure confidentiality of information. It shall treat all reports, including the identity of the whistleblower, confidential, unless compelled by law to reveal such information. By reporting through any the GMC Reporting Channels, a whistleblower is protected from any retaliation against him or her, provided that the report is made in good faith. Cases of retaliation against any whistleblower may be reported through any of the GMC Reporting Channels.

The retaliation complaint shall be dealt with in accordance with this policy, or other relevant Company policies and procedures, and any applicable laws.

GMC Ethics Reporting Channels

The GMC Ethics Reporting channels are communication facilities that enable individuals to freely report fraud, violations of laws, rules and regulations, or misconduct to people of authority without fear of retaliation. The GMC Ethics Reporting channels provide concerned individuals all possible means to come forward and report their concerns, either through electronic mail, telephone, post mail, website, or face-to-face discussions.
